CHI Board

Children’s Health Ireland (CHI)

CHI is a new organisation providing paediatric services in Dublin across four locations in Dublin. These include the three existing national children’s hospitals at Crumlin, Temple Street and Tallaght and the new Outpatient and Urgent Care Centre (UCC) at Connolly in Blanchardstown.

CHI is also preparing for the opening of the second Outpatient and UCC at Tallaght and the transition to the new children’s hospital on a campus shared with St James’s Hospital, D8. In addition to providing secondary and tertiary paediatric healthcare services, CHI is the lead centre for paediatric education, training, research and innovation in Ireland.

The CHI MISSION is to promote and provide child-centred, research-led and learning informed healthcare, to the highest standards of safety and excellence. We do this in partnership with each other, with children, young people and their families through a network of children’s services in Ireland.
