Research Governance

All research undertaken at CHI at Temple St Children’s University Hospital must undergo a strict approvals process before it can begin.

Further, the Dept. of Research Requires an annual report on the research, which it shares with the Research and Ethics Committees.

All research undertaken in the hospital, involving patients directly of indirectly, or performed by of on our staff must be performed to the highest ethical and scientific standards, and conform to Good Research Practice guidelines.
