The Resuscitation Training Department is located at 6 North Frederick Street, Dublin 1. It is responsible for providing basic and advanced life support training and resuscitation education to staff within the Children’s University hospital.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training is also provided to parents / guardians on referral from their child’s consultant
Services
Other services provided by the department include the following:
- Department needs analysis with regards to resuscitation equipment and / or training
- Ward specific training
- Education on rhythm analysis, trolley content, resuscitation documentation, scenario training etc.
- Lecturing
- Audit of practices
