Dermatology is the branch of medicine concerned with skin, hair and nails and the conditions that affect them.
The Dermatology Department at CHI at Temple Street offers a broad range of services for children aged between 0 – 16 years with a variety of skin disorders. The Department is a regional centre for North County Dublin and a national centre for more complex dermatology conditions.
The Dermatology Team provides friendly, high quality care to children and their families and the care can be on an in-patient or outpatient basis. Our doctors and nurses aim to support children and their families by helping them to understand their condition and empower them to deal with it effectively.
