This section of our website will give you information about the different wards in the hospital
Temple St, Children’s University Hospital, is an acute paediatric hospital in Dublin’s inner city, which caters for routine and emergency medical and surgical specialties. Children attend the hospital up to the eve of their 16th Birthday. There are exemptions to the upper age limit for some long term chronic illnesses and conditions as outlined in the hospital policy.
Each ward is managed by a Senior Nurse Manager and is staffed by highly skilled paediatric nurses to ensure that your child receives optimum care within available resources.
Ward staff work with the medical and surgical teams to ensure that your child’s stay is a positive experience for you and your family.
