Media Consent
Communicating via the media with the children and families we look after, with the general public, our donors and supporters and our staff is an important part of our work.
This form is about getting your permission for us to use photographs and/or videos featuring your child. We don’t like to use stock images showing models and actors if we can avoid it. We like to show real images of our staff and the children who are patients in Temple Street but only with your permission. This makes our communications more honest and shows hospital life as it really is.
To do this, we reply on the permission of the parents and guardians of the children that we look after, to use photos and/or videos in which they feature but we take this responsibility very seriously.

This is our MEDIA CONSENT FORM which a Temple Street staff member may approach you with, explain the contents in more detail and ask you to consider reviewing the form and signing it.
