Temple Street’s CEO, Mona Baker is delighted to present the Hospital’s Quality Improvement Plan. These are the key areas of Quality Improvement that we are focused on for 2014 and 2015 and please consider this a fluid and dynamic document. The seven ‘rocks’ /themes’ identified in the plan are:

Each of the areas has identified a local Lead/Champion within the hospital who has a number of KPI’s to be achieved by year end. Some of the work is already in train and a Steering Group has been appointed to ensure implementation and oversight. From an organisational perspective these rocks/themes emerged through engagement with staff and managers, review of the Hospital’s Risk Register and feedback from patients.
