Documentation of request form from GP or attending doctor must be submitted at time of sample collection.

Referral to Cleft Lip & Palate/Craniofacial – St. Frances Clinic:
This is a national public service for 0-18 year olds who present with CLP and / or VPD. Referrals are received from the medical profession and / or speech and language therapists. Service priorities are on the needs of the child and family presenting at the time of assessment.


Referral to St. Clare's CSA Unit:
Parents or professionals wishing to make a referral are advised to make contact with their local community Care Duty office located in Health Centres and Community care Offices in area 6, 7 and 8 of the NAHB
