The Migraine Association of Ireland is delighted to announce that it will be holding a free public, Migraine Information Seminar in Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin on Saturday 16th September 2017.
Dr. Bryan Lynch, Paediatric Consultant Neurologist from Temple Street Children’s University Hospital will hold a presentation on the causes and symptoms of different types of migraines with treatment and medication options available to children and young people.
Dr. Lynch will be joined by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Helena Rushe from Temple Street CUH who will do a presentation on the psychology of migraine and how children cope with pain.
There will be a Q&A session following the two talks where attendees will be offered the opportunity to ask questions of the speakers.
This seminar is aimed primarily at parents, guardians, teachers and carers of children and teenagers who suffer from migraine, but children and teenagers are welcome to come along.

The seminar will take place on Saturday the 16th of September from 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm in the Haddington House Hotel, Dún Laoghaire.
